The ‘Home’ tab provides you with an overview of your last 100 orders. The view is automatically set to display 10 orders per page, however this can be changed to your preferred standard:

Quick guide to Home

Each row represents a single order in the Home overview and provides key details such as:

  • Order no. – the unique identifier for the order.

  • Case no. – the reference case number assigned by the clinic.

  • Dentist – the name of the dentist who created the order.

  • Patient/ref – the reference text added by the clinic, often patient initials or case reference.

  • Type (Units) – the selected work type and the number of units included in the order.

  • Current step / Track & Trace / print label – the current production step and tracking status.

  • Pickup / Delivery dates – planned pickup and delivery dates.

  • Orderflow status – shows whether the order is in production, ready for export, or at another stage.

  • Action – here you are able to quickly view and access key actions for the order: Remake (R), Pending (P) or Edit (E) the order.

At the top right corner of the screen you can also access a drop down menu with several setting options which you can find more information about here.
